Jon Bonné breaks down simple principles for anyone to find, purchase, and enjoy a bottle of wine through brief rules, such as “A wine’s price rarely reflects its quality. Drink rosé any time of year. November 14, 2017: On this day, archaeologists excavating two stone-age villages in Georgia discovered the oldest winemaking evidence, where they found a roughly 8,000 year old jar that had traces of grapevine.
