A television presenter and restaurateur, his frosted-tip haircut, eccentric facial hair, and flame decal shirts have made him one of the most recognizable figures in American food culture. He has hosted several shows on Food Network with mainstream success, runs multiple restaurants, coined the term “flavortown,” and owns Hunt & Ryde Winery.
