January 10, 2011: On this day, Caraccioli Cellars opened its wine tasting room in Carmel, CA. Caraccioli Cellars is a family-run winery founded in 2006 that takes care in creating wines that are representative of the vintage and made from the Santa Lucia Highlands Appellation. Caraccioli Cellars specializes in making high-quality Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines.
