December 19, 1923: Marc Besen was born. While he is best known for his work in fashion, he is also involved in the wine industry as the owner of TarraWarra Estate.
December 19, 1990: The merger between Fiat Geotech S.p.A. and Ford New Holland, Inc. officially began on this day and was completed the following year. New Holland N.V., one of the top producers and distributors of agricultural equipment as well as a significant manufacturer of construction equipment, was founded as a result of the merger. Braud Grape Harvester is one of the machines the company has manufactured.
