The Knights Valley American Viticultural Area was established decades after winemakers and vineyard managers had recognized the region’s exceptional growing conditions. It is located in Sonoma County, California.

August 26, 2022: Beginning on this day, and lasting for about three weeks, Pinot Grigio is harvested around the regions where it has been grown worldwide. The fruit is susceptible to bunch rot and bird attack, despite the vine being resistant to several illnesses caused by mildew.
